TERMS OF SERVICE - NSFW COMMISSIONS:
These are additional rules regarding NSFW commissions of any kind.
By ordering, you agree to my General Terms of Service and also the rules stated below:
1. My preferred form of contact for NSFW commissions is via Discord(fishkko) only. I will never reach out to you first. Please check for the username to be correct to avoid potential scammers!2. I accept payments via Paypal/Ko-fi in USD and EUR, or via Blik in PLN(for polish clients) with the current exchange rates.3. If you want to order a NSFW commission, you MUST be a legal adult where you live.4. For NSFW illustrations the turnaround is the same as for SFW artworks, which is 2 months from the start of your order.5. You must provide clear, visual references of your characters.6. I won't draw realistic animal genitalia. If your character has one, I will make it more humanoid, fictional genitalia is acceptable. The same applies to knots of any kind, which will be simplified, but it will be there.7. Prices for NSFW illustrations are the same as SFW artworks but with +10 EUR increasement. I don't do chibi NSFW.8. You have every right to request a refund if the commission wasn't delivered on time.
REGARDING YCHs:
2. I can make minor changes that won't change the whole idea of the YCH too much (changing genitalia, body type, species, expression etc.)3. Please proceed with your order only if you are able to make the payment within 48 hours after your bid/slot is approved.4. Payment plans can be negotiated for commissions totalling more than 200 USD.5. If you are using the payment plan option, at least 100 USD must be paid upfront6. Minimum increase of the bid is 5 USD.7. All prices of YCHs are stated in USD.8. Respond to the previous high-bidder to place your bid, so they know they've been outbid. In the event of two comments on the same tier, the higher value wins; if both values are equal, the earlier/top comment wins.9. I will draw any species except birds and crocodiles.10. For Animated YCHs/Animations turnaround is 4 months from the date of payment instead of 2, although it will probably be finished long before the deadline.
